ASESANAT’s in-house machining facilities has accommodated large scale projects for different equipment on a wide variety of industries and precise machining processes. The 14,000 square-meter manufacturing workshop include automated and manual welding machines, roll bending machine, overhead cranes and a machine shop which well equipped with turret lathe, CNC machining center, milling machine, radial drilling. Since our company is committed to the pursuit of delivery without delays, zero production headaches, and zero tolerance for error, outsourcing is a component to our operating business model.

Our company is capable to manage outsourcing services as per ISO 3834-2. In this regards, ASE SANAT Co. makes a thorough assessment on sub-contractors in order to ensure that the subcontractor can comply with the expected quality requirements. Consequently, the sub-contractor shall work under the order and responsibility of ASE SANAT and will fully comply with the relevant requirements and procedures of ISO 3834-2.
